Your use of any information or material on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any product, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

 

Reservation and Payment 

Bookings for our services are only secured once the applicable booking deposit or, if a booking is made less than four weeks before the start of the service, full payment  has been processed in respect of your booking.
All subsequent outstanding amounts due in respect of your booking must be settled by the applicable due date, being four weeks before the start of the applicable course. 

Failure to do so may lead to the loss of your booking and forfeit of any amounts paid in respect of it.

 

Cancellation

All amounts paid in respect of a booking are non-refundable. In the event that a course booked does not take place due to a member of Confident Dad  being unwell, an alternative date and time will be arranged.

In the circumstances where a miscarriage or still birth prevents a course participant from starting or attending a course, a full or pro rata refund will be issued at the sole discretion of Confident Dad. 

 

Copyright

You should assume that all logos, text and images on this site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may access, download or print any of our content for personal, non-commercial use. Any copies must retain the copyright or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material. If you wish to use our website content in any other way, you must first seek written permission from Confident Dad. 

 

Use of Personal Information

Confident Dad will process your personal data in accordance with data protection legislation. Any personal data that is provided to Confident Dad in the course of any transaction with you (with the exception of any credit card details which shall be kept confidential) shall be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act. 

All information shall be kept confidential.
