Simone Barrera is a qualified Montessori teacher and a nanny with over 17 years experience. She has looked after over 35 children from newborn to teenagers. She has also looked after a boy from same sex parents. She has 2 children and although she knew everything about babies, becoming a parent was a very different ball game.

Allegra Barrett is a fashion producer and mother to 2 girls. She is used to dealing with demanding clients and her working days can often be long and varied. She is used to multi-tasking home and work life. When Allegra became a mother, she had never changed a nappy and had no knowledge of motherhood. She can sympathise with the fathers fears and apprehensions. She learnt on the job!
